Larry Richards has been called "the most prominent and prolific
Christian Education writer during the last half of the Twentieth
Century."
The author of over 250 books and study Bibles, Larry's textbooks have been translated into 24 foreign languages. Larry has written
commentaries on every book of the Bible, Guidepost's Indispensable Guide to the Bible, and with his wife Sue developed Zondervan's
#1 selling Bible for youth, the Teen Study Bible, with over 4 million copies sold. Richards, an ordained minister, is a Phi Beta Kappa
graduate of the University of Michigan in Philosophy. He earned a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and has a PhD in religious
education and social psychology earned in a joint program from Garrett Biblical Theological Seminary & Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
